Owner and General Contractor, Jeff Teie, takes pride in placing his own “stamp of approval” on each and every job. He is hands on involved on most projects from start to finish. Jeff has
graduated from Sac State with a Bachelors Degree in Recreation Management and has been a licensed General Contractor since 2005.

South Fork Construction is Licensed, Bonded, and Insured.  We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of El Dorado County, an affiliate of the Association of Realtors – El Dorado County, and a  Chamber of Commerce member Serving El Dorado County, Folsom, and surrounding areas.

Jeff was born and raised in Placerville and has made his home on the property he was raised on.Jeff and his wife, Jennifer Teie, a local Realtor, designed and built their home in Placerville. Together, Jeff and Jenn have three children and enjoy an active lifestyle of live music, outdoor activities, travel, and entertaining.
